We are a group of Palm Springs citizens who knew Frank. We are dedicated to presenting his legendary story of leadership, true partnership with all communities, and a commitment to public service that helped everyone rise.
We will communicate the true character of Frank who was loved by many. He was a character who had character.
We will also share the truth about Section 14’s history in Palm Springs.
